For this weekend only, Empire: Total War and Empire: Total War Special Forces Edition are 50% off on Steam. This is really a great deal! If you have not had a chance to play this great game I would suggest downloading the demo. On second thought, for this price you may be better served just purchasing this game while you can. Empire: Total War is highly acclaimed by all reviewers and this was before the patches had come out to make it even better.

On June 22nd The Creative Assembly will be releasing Update 1.3 for Empire: Total War. According to the full features list this is sure to a game changing update. It is always nice to see developers pampering their game and listening to their community.
