Perhaps the best way that you can prepare for Street Fighter IV is to get equipped with a solid controller. The Street Fighter IV FightStick Tournament Edition is certainly my favorite. With the special integration of Sanwa arcade parts, the ability to mod the joystick, and compatibility with the PC (Xbox 360 FightSticks only) it is easy to see why.
Unfortunately for MadCatz supply has been a real issue in recent months. The demand for this $150 piece of Street Fighter glory has been rather unprecedented. Obviously many people took advantage of this period of time and sold their sticks for ridiculous prices on eBay.
